Hello and welcome to RenoPro Island! My name is Ty Theodore and I am the owner and operator of RenoPro Island. I am a third-generation renovation carpenter following the footsteps of my father and his father before him. 

Before I could walk, I was already surrounded by a world of renovations and by the age of 15 picking up shingles at my dads jobsites from time to time. Once I completed high school, I joined my dad and began learning the skills of each trade from roofing, siding, framing and all interior and exterior renos. 

RenoPro originally started on the mainland (Langley, BC) in 2010 where it is still is owned and operated by my father Troy Theodore. With great success it was time for me to branch off and set down roots of my own. My wonderful wife who was born and raised in the Comox Valley has made me fall in love with the natural beauty this island has to offer, not to mention the down to earth and lovey people who live here. 

I could not be more excited to now call this wonderful valley my home and to share my passion for quality renovations here.
